    Thermoset Systems humble beginnings...

Thermoset Systems was established in Riverside, CA in 1997  by Dan McDonough.   Dan started working in the polyurethane industry in1983 and has worked as a polyurethane technical representative,  journeyman foam roofing applicator, and polyurethane sales manager.  He is familiar will all types of plural component equipment including; Graco, Gusmer, GS, Decker, Liquid Controls, and Cannon to name a few. When you purchase from Thermoset Systems you benefit from 24 years of hands on application experience.

    Thermoset Systems today...

Thermoset moved to Oregon in 2003. Our facility is located on 3 acres adjacent the Umpqua river in beautiful Umpqua, Oregon.  We are the premier  west coast distributor for Glas-Craft Inc, a major supplier of fiberglass and polyurethane  machinery.   Our experience and OEM accounts with ARO/Ingersoll-Rand, Viking pump, TAH ,and Beinlich enable us to provide dispensing solutions for most any application. 

Our philosophy is geared toward educating our customers and providing them the best possible product and continued technical support after the sale. This philosophy has earned us several manufacturers excellence awards, including the top dealer award for Decker industries 1999-2000.  

    Thermoset Systems manufacturing...

Custom built machines is our specialty.  Models include our "Therminator VR series"  variable ratio, low pressure molding machine and our new low cost  PUP sprayer .

Applications for the Therminator VR include manufacturing of: refrigerators, surfboards, castor wheels, picture frames,  air filters, suspension bushings and anything made from thermosetting polyurethane.  A wide range of configurations are available from simple to high tech with PLC control.
