Pictured below are examples of machines developed to meet customer needs.

We call it the Microtherm VR4C. Our customer ordered 3 units to replace outdated Gusmer machines.  The VR4C is a variable ratio meter-mix dispensing unit for pouring polyurethane gaskets.  Features include precision gear metering pumps, variable frequency drives, and PLC with touch screen. The cabinet is insulated and heated with dual zone controls allowing two 55 gallon drums to be heated.
